Terms & Conditions – Load Up Your Ride, Tune Up Your Earbuds Promotion

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The Loaded Wheels Earbuds Promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00am AEST on 11 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

1.2 Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible to receive the offer.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to retail customers who purchase a complete set of four (4) or more Loaded Wheels of the same model from a participating dealer within Australia during the Promotion Period.

2.2 The Promotion is not open to:

• Fleet, trade, wholesale, or commercial purchases;

• Employees, contractors, and immediate families of the Promoter, associated agencies, or participating dealers.

3. Offer

3.1 Eligible customers will receive one (1) set of earbuds valued at AUD $249 (including GST) (“Gift”) with each qualifying purchase.

3.2 The Gift is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, credit, or any other product or service.

3.3 Limit of one (1) Gift per customer, per qualifying purchase, regardless of the number of sets of wheels purchased in a single transaction.

4. Redemption and Delivery

4.1 To redeem the Gift, customers must:

• Visit the redemption page; and

• Upload a clear image or file of their purchase receipt as proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

4.2 For pre-orders and back orders, the Gift will be dispatched only after the customer has taken delivery of the wheels, with delivery occurring within thirty (30) days of redemption confirmation (unless delayed by circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control).

4.3 For in-stock purchases, the Gift may be supplied by the participating dealer at the time of purchase or shipped to the customer within thirty (30) days of redemption confirmation.
4.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

• Incomplete, illegible, or corrupted receipt uploads;

• Delays in Gift delivery caused by third-party suppliers or freight carriers;

• Gifts that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected after dispatch.

5. Verification

5.1 Proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt upload is mandatory to redeem the Gift.

5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all purchases and to disqualify any customer who:

• Fails to provide a valid proof of purchase;

• Provides false, incomplete, or misleading information; or

• Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

6. Substitution

6.1 If the Gift becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a product of equal or greater value, subject to any regulatory approval where required.

7. Liability

7.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in any way out of:

• The Promotion;

• The redemption, supply, or use of the Gift.
  7.2 Warranty and after-sales support for the Gift are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

8. Privacy

8.1 Any personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at [insert URL].
